Clinical Experts
ARRP has several clinical experts and lawyers on its team.
An external clinical expert completes an initial evaluation of baseline knowledge and skills and develops an individualized remediation plan that is executed by the enrollee under the supervision of local Faculty. Having previously authored written board questions and administered oral board exams, the clinical expert brings special tools to regular meetings with enrollees throughout their time in the program.
Other experts are involved to help enrollees facing serious personal challenges that are impactful to licensure or credentialing processes or those who may have had issues more personal in nature.
Additionally, the ARRP team works with learning coaches who specialize in differentiated instruction and research-based strategies to help select enrollees become better, more efficient learners—particularly those having a tough time passing their boards.
